We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to addressing refund requests fairly and transparently. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are considered and processed.

General Guidelines – Refund Policy

• All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to EduPlaced through the approved communication channels.
• Refund eligibility is determined based on the date of receipt or postmark of the withdrawal notice.
• Registration, application, and administrative fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within the stipulated processing timeline.
• No refunds shall be issued once the drop/add period has concluded or after substantial services have been delivered.
• EduPlaced reserves the right to deduct applicable service or processing charges where permitted.
• Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
• EduPlaced reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at its discretion, with updates published on the official website.
• All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Long-Term Courses: 6 Months and Above)

• Students enrolled in long-term courses (6 months or more) may cancel their enrollment before or after the start of classes by notifying EduPlaced in writing (in person, email, or certified mail). Cancellation will be effective on the date the notice is received or postmarked.
• A full refund will be issued if the application is not accepted or if cancellation occurs within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
• If cancellation occurs after admission but before the first class, all fees will be refunded except the non-refundable registration fee (not exceeding USD 100 or equivalent).
• The drop/add period is the first week of classes. Withdrawal during this period is eligible for a refund of all tuition and fees excluding the registration fee. No refunds will be provided after the drop/add period.
• After classes commence or beyond the drop/add period, all fees paid shall be forfeited, except for any refundable deposit, if applicable.

POST DROP/ADD PERIOD

If you withdraw after classes begin, refunds will be issued as per the following tiered structure

Refund Policy Schedule

• 100% Refund: Withdrawal notice submitted at least 15 days prior to the officially notified batch commencement date
• 80% Refund: Withdrawal notice submitted within 15 days after the officially notified batch commencement date
• 50% Refund: Withdrawal notice submitted more than 15 days but less than 30 days after the officially notified batch commencement date
• No Refund: Withdrawal notice submitted more than 30 days after the officially notified batch commencement date

*Aggregate fees exclude non-refundable charges such as registration, application, and third-party fees.

For Short Term Courses (Duration Less Then 6 Months )

Cancellation & Refund Policy – EduPlaced

Classroom Training / Instructor-Led Online Training

• In the event that EduPlaced cancels a training program, participants shall receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.
• If a participant cancels enrollment 7 days or more prior to the scheduled training date, 10% of the total fee will be deducted as administrative charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• If a participant cancels enrollment within 7 days or less prior to the training date, no refund shall be applicable.

Online Training (Self-Paced / Virtual Programs)

• If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of subscription, 5% of the total fee will be deducted as an administrative charge, and the balance will be refunded.
• If cancellation is requested after 48 hours of subscription, no refund shall be provided.

Third-Party Courses

• For third-party courses, if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of subscription, 50% of the total fee will be deducted as administrative and cancellation charges.
• No refund shall be applicable if cancellation is requested after 48 hours of subscription.

UK Consumer Protection – Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Protection Law, learners are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for online courses. A full refund will be issued provided the course content has not been accessed or consumed during this period.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment made by a learner will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days upon notification.

Refund Processing Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the official refund request.
