If ‘eduplaced higher education’ reschedules a training event, delegates have the following options

• A 100% refund if the rescheduled dates are inconvenient for the delegate.
• The opportunity for the delegate to reschedule and attend a class at their convenience, choosing from any location and any scheduled training date.
• The option for delegates to send a replacement, provided ‘eduplaced higher education’ is notified at least 3 days before the event.

Conversely, if a delegate needs to reschedule their registration due to unforeseen reasons, the following fees apply

• A rescheduling fee of 10% of the registration fee is charged if the request is made 7 days or more prior to the event.
• Please note, rescheduling is contingent upon seat availability.
• No rescheduling is permitted if the request is received within 7 days of the event; however, the delegate may send a replacement in their stead.
